In this video, I have reworked the stock sound of the DAF XF EURO 6 truck in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2). The first few seconds showcase the reworked stock sound, followed by the enabled open pipe sound after swapping the engine in a shop.
My aim was to make the standard sound of this truck sound deeper and more realistic. Additionally, I have also incorporated the sound of tires and bearings to enhance the overall experience. The air lift axle sound has been improved to finish in a fade, creating a smooth transition.
Furthermore, I have introduced two new engines with an open pipe configuration. These engines offer increased torque and power, simulating a realistic power upgrade. They are particularly beneficial for hauling heavy loads.
Overall, this reworked sound mod enhances the auditory experience of driving the DAF XF EURO 6 truck in ETS2, giving players a more immersive and realistic trucking experience.
