The Jack Daniels Tanker Truck for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) is a standalone vehicle that can also be seen in traffic. It has been tested and found to be working well with the 1.18.1.3s version of the game, including the Scandinavia and Going East expansions, without any issues.
