ROMANIAN MAP V7.8 Mod

The ROMANIAN MAP V7.8 Mod is a map of Romania designed for the Euro Truck Simulator 2 game. This mod, version 7.8, has been updated to be compatible with version 1.22.a of the game and includes various improvements and bug fixes.

In this version of the mod, there have been significant additions and changes to the map. There are now 10 new fully functional cities, including Ploiesti, Tulcea, Weeda Company, Viseu de Sus, Lugoj, Jimbolia, Cotnari, Eforie North, Pecica, and Sibiu. Players can start new profiles in these cities or villages.

Additionally, the port of Constanta has been added to the map, along with functional ports in Constanta and Tulcea for transporting goods. The Arad airport is also now functional for transporting goods. Auchan and Lidl models have been exchanged and are now functional. Various models that were causing crashes or lag during the game have been corrected.

There are also new routes, such as the Arad – Brad route and the Jimbolia – Sanicolau direct route. The Lugoj-Timisoara-Arad highway now has toll points, and the Bucharest-Constanta motorway has charging points. The number of vehicles, trailers, and available cargo has been increased. Oversized trailers are now included as well.

Other additions include a new company named ADP that works on the road, Coca Cola and The Greenery near Constanta for sea arrivals, new Scania R chassis, edited road accidents, more realistic weather, harder economy mode, and many additional points for loading and unloading cargo.

Three new companies, Real, Metro, and Praktiker, have been added, and cities now have region-specific license plates. Some intersections outside the cities have been changed to small roundabouts, and speed restrictions have been marked on certain points on the map. Compatibility with version 1.8 of ETS2 on the new Volvo and Scania Streamliner game has been ensured.

There is also a new bank credit line available at level 6. The archive includes a file that does not contain additional traffic but preserves all cargo. For increased traffic, a separate file is included in the archive. The mod is also compatible with the zzzzWinterMod for winter.

It is important to note that to start a new profile with this mod, the game mode must be selected in the appropriate setting. If the game mode does not appear, a new profile will need to be created. As this version of the mod includes several new models, it is recommended to have sufficient PC memory to avoid memory problems. At least 8 GB of RAM is recommended for using the additional traffic mode, depending on resolution and graphic details.
