Fixing Steering Issues for Heavy Loads on 6X2 and 6X4 Chassis in ETS 2

This modification addresses the issue of unbalanced steering caused by heavy loads by adding weight to the front axle, allowing for proper steering. It also provides a more realistic distribution of weight across all models and chassis.
