With this mod, I am trying something new. This is my first attempt at creating the sneepels v8 scania sound. You can see how it sounds in the game by watching the video. It is best played with manual shifting so that you can truly enjoy the entire rpm ratio that the engines deliver. I have added some special sound effects to simulate the v8 engine as realistically as possible, although I have some limitations in converting it properly for the game. To experience the engine rumble, hold the rpm just above 2400rpm. This will create a nice clapper sound, but it will only work when the engine is under load. If the engine is not under load, the rpm on the throttle will increase too fast, activating the rev sound at 2490rpm. Revving the engine in bursts or holding the throttle will change the revving sounds. This mod is completely standalone (except for the fact that it requires a truck to work). When using this mod, you will keep your original sounds, and if you already have a scania sound mod installed, you can simply add the sneepels mod and both sounds will work, depending on the engine you choose. This mod has its own engines and sounds and will not conflict with any other sound mods.
