NORTHERN SCANDINAVIA STANDALONE MAP BETA V0.98 for ETS2
I am pleased to announce the official release of the new version!!!
Installation:
– Installing is a simple process. Replace the existing files with the new three files if you already have my map mod.
– Make sure to set the game module on “Test1.mdb” instead of “europe.mdb” as this is a standalone map that replaces the original map. Otherwise, the game will crash.
Bugs fixed:
– Fixed invisible wall at Stromsnes.
– Fixed invisible wall at Tree’et company in Moskenes.
– Resolved bugs at the roundabout in Stromsnes.
– Fixed traffic light bug at roadcross in Tverlandet.
– Corrected road barriers in some parts of the map.
Unresolved bugs:
– Map location issue.
– Invisible walls at the intersection near Tverlandsbrua (Tverlandet Bridge).
– Correcting value when passing toll stations.
– Rain in some tunnels.
Compatibility:
– Compatible with v1.16x.
– Not tested on v1.15 due to new prefabs released by FLD.
New features in v0.98:
– Added Fv530 from Stromsnes to Fauske.
– Added country road between Tverlandet and Saltstraumen (old Fv17).
– Improved draw distance in some areas.
– Expanded industrial area in Bodø.
– Added intersection between toll station at Vikan and Tverlandsbrua, connecting to Bodøtunnelen (Bodø Tunnel).
– Opened Bodøtunnelen for traffic. In reality, the tunnel is under construction, but in this map, it is fictional and open.
– Added road construction between Vikan (Tverlandet) and near Bertnes, which will be more detailed in a later version.
– Extended fictional Bodøtunnelen between the city and Vikan (Tverlandet). This is my vision of extending the very short 4-lane between Tverlandet and Vikan, which is only almost 3km long.
New cities:
– Added Finneid as a district to Fauske.
