NORTHERN SCANDINAVIA V0.98.7 FOR 1.20X Map

The beta version of Northern Scandinavia v0.98.7 is now available to the public. This version is a fix for v0.98.6, which was very unstable on ETS2 version 1.20x. The previous issues have been resolved, except for the new weather feature and the transparency issue with the truck windows. These issues are still being investigated and will be fixed soon. The invisible walls on the map have been fixed, as they were caused by a crash barrier model. Some parts of the map have been improved, such as the Bodøtunnelen, which has been rebuilt to be more accurate to its real-life counterpart. Additionally, there are now more job opportunities available on the job market. You can now deliver to Moskenes, Å i Lofoten, Finneid, and Rognan from any location on the map, which was not possible before. Thank you to the person who helped me identify and fix this issue.

Installation:
– Copy and paste NorthernScandinavia-def.scs, NorthernScandinavia-map.scs, and tzmap.scs to the “Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod” folder
– Create a new profile if you don’t already have one for this map
– Set the game module to “Test1.mdb” instead of “europe.mdb” since this is a standalone map
– Complete your profile and select your city. The available cities for headquarters are Bodø and Fauske.

– The exact location of the map
– Rain in the tunnels on the map
– Transparency issue with the truck windows
– New weather feature adaptation
– Å i Lofoten is not completed

Compatibility:
– Only compatible with ETS2 version 1.20x
– You need to have the DLC Scandinavia for the map to work.

New features:
– Rebuilt Bodøtunnelen (Bodø Tunnel)
– Removed the toll station at the city entrance and replaced it with only AutoPass.
