The price stand of Aral’s small gas station has been updated and completed. The price stand of AVIA’s small gas station has been updated to match the quality of the new Aral price stand. Three pmg files have been converted to the newer format, thanks to Blackspots, resulting in a completely error-free mod. The specific price stands used by big gas stations in 13 countries from the base game have been updated. Real credit/debit card logos have been added and now match the price stands of small and medium gas stations. The BP big gas station has been updated and fully completed. The backside of the gas tank is mirroring the front side, but this is part of the SCS design, not a bug. The red color at Esso’s big gas station has been corrected. The Total logos used by the Éco company/gas station have been further updated and fixed to ensure proper display.

This mod replaces all original gas stations in ETS2.

The mod includes the top 10 petrol and gas retailers in Europe by brand: Shell, Total, BP, Esso, Eni (formerly Agip), Orlen, Aral, AVIA, OMV, and Circle K (formerly Statoil Fuel & Retail). The mod has been created from the ground up and is not just a simple recoloring of the main texture and adding company logos. Many small details have been added, making it unique compared to other gas station mods.

However, there are some limitations to achieving complete realism. Modifying the 3D models of the gas stations is not possible for various reasons. Additionally, there are many variations in color and design for each brand, so the modder had to choose the most applicable one for the game.

In the game, there can only be 9 gas stations (hard-coded). The final list of gas stations by brand is as follows: Shell, BP, Esso (big stations), Eni, Total, Orlen (medium stations), Aral, AVIA, OMV (small stations). For the Scandinavia DLC, the gas stations will be branded as Circle K. For the France base + DLC, the gas stations will be branded as Total.

Note: In the Scandinavia DLC, it is only possible to have the proper logo of the company, but it is impossible to have properly colored gas stations like in the base game. The colors are hard-coded, and modders cannot change them. The Éco (SCS original) stations in France are also a challenge for modders. While the logos, green stand, and trailer are not a problem, the green texture on the station model is because it is actually a company in the game, not a gas station. Changing it to Total colors would require more work in Blender and is considered a low priority.

Compatibility with map mods:
1) This mod must have a higher priority than any map mods.
2) If a map mod does not change the 3D models of gas stations, there should be no problem. Reports indicate that the mod works fine with ProMods map and RusMap.

Please note that there is no guarantee that the mod works properly in OpenGL mode, where only white textures may be displayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
