The RO Map Add-on V2.8 is a new addition for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2). Created by Traian, this add-on features the first Romanian city, Oradea, and a road leading to Debrecen. To enjoy this add-on, you will need the DLC Going East! and ETS2 version 1.7.1/1.7.0/1.8.2.5s or any compatible version with the DLC. This map is a work in progress, as the creator plans to expand it to include all of Romania. If you have any suggestions or improvements, feel free to contribute. Rest assured, this add-on has been thoroughly tested and does not cause any lag or crashes. It can be used with your existing profile.
Versions 1.8, 1.9, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, and 2.8 introduce various updates and additions to the RO Map Add-on. Version 1.8 fixes the GPS Bug between Oradea and Debrecen, while also adding a new company in Salonta. Version 1.9 addresses texture issues with corn and fixes the truck dealer in Oradea. It also introduces a new city, Arad, along with two new companies, Posped and Eurogoodies. Additional signs and a road connecting Arad and Salonta are included as well.
Version 2.2 brings a new city, Szeged, along with companies, services, and garages in Szeged. It also features a new road and highway leading to Szeged. In version 2.4, there are new roads and a new company, Euroacres, in Oradea. Another new city, Lugoj, is added, with a road connecting Lugoj and Timisoara. The company Posped can be found in Lugo. Version 2.5 introduces the city of Caransebeș, along with new companies and indicators in Caransebeș and Lugoj. The update also includes new scenery and roads. Version 2.6 adds new scenery, roads, and a new city, Resita. A bug in Caransebes is resolved as well.
In version 2.7, various bugs in Szeged and Oradea are addressed. New items are added in Oradea, Resita, and Caransebes. Additionally, roads between Resita-Caransebes and Resita-Lugoj are included, along with a new motorway connecting Szeged to Budapest. New models created by andu, new signs, and changes to coils in Timisoara Resita are also part of this update. Version 2.8 resolves errors found in the game.log file, while also introducing a new town, Deva, and new companies in Deva. A new radar system and advertising banners are added, along with roads connecting Arad-Deva and Deva-Lugoj.
