All-in-One Update for SALFORD Truck Hire in ETS 2

This update includes all of my Salford mods in one convenient download. I have also added the Volvo 2013 Skin. If you are part of a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) and would like to use these skins, feel free to do so, but please give proper credit.
