DESCRIPTION
– This pack enhances the common sounds in the game to make them more immersive and realistic
– The mod is frequently updated to add more realistic sounds to the game

COMPATIBILITY
– Compatible with ETS2 1.30.1 and ATS 1.29.1 with no errors in the game log
– Works with all trucks, including truck mods
– Does not replace individual truck sounds, so it can be used with any truck sound mods
– Compatible with all maps
– Supports compatibility with rain sound mods such as Realistic Weather Sound 1.7.7
– If using Grimes’ seasonal mods, prioritize the seasonal mod over the Sound Fixes Pack for a more accurate experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Must have a higher priority in Mod Manager than any map mods, AI traffic mods, and AI traffic density/behavior mods

FEATURE LIST
1. Tire / Tyre sounds:
– Realistic interior and exterior tire sounds
– Tires resonate in the cab based on acceleration and speed
– Heavier gravel sounds on dirt/gravel roads

2. Suspension sounds:
– Cabin squeaking and movement sounds with light and medium impacts to suspension
– Key swinging sounds in interior view with hard impacts

3. Gameplay / UI sounds:
– Replaced “Late music” with Nokia phone ringtone sound
– “Bing bong” chime for train and ferry loading screen sounds
– Reduced volume of garage door sound, advisor message sound, and yawning sound
– New quiet photo camera sound effect for screenshots
– Quieter volume of PrePass weigh station signals in ATS

4. Fuel / Gas station sounds:
– Retro/historic ding sound while fuel is pumping
– Real fuel pump, fuel lid, door close, seat belt click, and key insertion sound effects after refueling

5. Interior sounds:
– Real stick/switch/button sounds for parking brake, hazard light, wiper stick, light switch, and blinker / indicator / turn signal
– Real rumblestrip sound
– Lane-keeping (Driver Alert Support) alert sound if driving too fast on grass
– Lift axle sound includes button press sound effect
– Wind sounds slightly faster at high speeds
– Amplified gear grinding sounds and new gear grinding sounds when transmission and/or gearbox are damaged
– Less audible air cutoff sounds in interior

6. Trailer sounds:
– Real sound effects for trailer coupling and uncoupling
– Air brake hose deattachment sound when uncoupling

7. AI Traffic sounds:
– More refined generic AI traffic car sounds with less buzz noise and more tire and engine sounds
– New horn sounds for AI traffic vehicles with short or long honks
– More variations of detailed sounds for AI traffic trucks/buses
– Distinct engine and horn sounds for several vehicles in various AI Traffic mods and stock trucks

8. Mover sounds:
– Louder volume and reworked audio for a variety of moving objects including biplanes, trains, etc.
– Sound enabled for movers that don’t originally come with sound

9. Location based ambience:
– Enhanced soundscape for company and delivery point locations in ATS (daytime and nighttime ambience)
– Suitable volumes and sounds of environmental ambience for map mods
– Included sounds for various companies, delivery points, and animated gates mod

10. Air horn sounds:
– Improved air horn sounds available at service stations in ATS (replace existing ones)
– Available air horn sounds are used air horn, sweet and deep air horn, and train horn. Recommended to use a maximum of two air horns at a time

SET TIRE AND WIND VOLUME
– You can adjust the volume of wind or tire noise using these developer commands:
– s_air_noise [value from 0.0 to 1.0] (default is 1)
– s_wheel_noise [value from 0.0 to 1.0] (default is 1)
