THE SOUND OF THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION for ETS2

The sound of the keys in the ignition when hitting obstacles.

I noticed that the new sounds for patch 1.19 were missing the tinkling sound of the keychain when we encounter obstacles. I attempted to recreate this sound by recording a real keychain and overlaying it with the default sounds. I made sure to only alter the cabin files to prevent overwhelming changes. Hopefully, this modification will be useful to someone.
