TRAFFIC DENSITY & SPEED LIMITS Mod FOR 1.21
The traffic density mod has been updated for version 1.21 of the game. While there are no changes made in the game itself, some parameters have been adjusted. The vehicle count has been set to 2000, with 400 cars, 20 trucks, and 4 buses.
In terms of traffic balance, approximately 70% of the vehicles are cars, 30% are trucks, and 2% are buses. This is because the game tends to generate buses more frequently. Additionally, a new rule has been added to increase traffic density on motorways, while there will be less traffic in village areas. However, this mod may not be ideal for cities.
It’s important to note that the number of vehicles in traffic depends on the power of your computer. If you have a low-end computer, you may not notice much of a difference.
I conducted some tests using the same computer, at the same place, and at the same time. When setting the scale at 100%, I observed a certain traffic density. However, when setting it to 400%, the density decreased.
The package includes two mods: TrafficDensity_1_30, which only adjusts the density and speed limits without changing any other traffic parameters, and TrafficDensity_1_30_HARSH, which also reduces the safe and patience levels of AI drivers, as well as their tendency to overtake.
These mods are compatible with other mods such as promods, mha, tsm, and poland rebuilding, among others. They can be used for both versions 1.20 and 1.21 of the game.
